Kieran is the Owner and Founding Director of Crew Built, with over 20 years of experience in the building and construction industry. His diverse background spans all sectors of the industry, making his expertise invaluable and a testament to his deep passion for the profession.

Kieran’s commitment to expanding his knowledge is reflected in his impressive qualifications, which include successfully completing both Carpentry and Plumbing Trades. His dedication to the industry has earned him numerous accolades, including the 2024 Housing Industry of South Australia Emerging Builder of the Year Award, and the Certified Trade Professional of the Year Award from the Master Builders Association in 2018. Kieran also holds a range of formal building qualifications and certifications, which led him to become a Licensed Master Builder and Registered Supervisor in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Civil sectors. In addition, he is a Licensed Master Plumber.

Kieran’s career journey includes roles as a Commercial Construction Senior Site Manager, where he successfully delivered a variety of large-scale projects, including multi-story commercial and residential mixed-use buildings, industrial warehouses, private and public school education facilities, petrol stations, privately funded commercial developments, public-use buildings, offices, and civil works related to multi-allotment land subdivisions.

In 2021, Kieran took the next step in his career by founding Crew Built, with the goal of providing personalized, high-quality construction services to the South Australian market.

In addition to his work with Crew Built, Kieran remains actively involved in the industry as a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) Awards Judging Panel, staying connected with other industry leaders and maintaining a deep understanding of current trends and best practices.
